Jock is a finance practitioner specializing in telecommunications, having held roles at; Sharp Corp., BT, Double Helix and Ace*Comm. He led teams in completing the merger; sale and acquisition of six entities, including the complex unwind of BT/AT&T Concert business. Jock led teams of specialists across EMEA for carriers; BT, Telekom Austria, Finnet and Saudi Telecom. After the sale of Double Helix to Ace*Comm, he took up post as CEO of Perseus Telecom. Jock is the Founder and Executive Director of FXecosystem and Board Member of Play Rugby USA. Jock was educated at University of Canterbury, NZ and University College, London. He divides his time between New York and London. Jock recently earned a place in the 2012 Financial News Top 40 Executives Under 40.

Andrew has over 14 years experience in senior technology business development and operating executive positions. Previously, Andrew was at Telx, a leading provider of colocation and interconnection services, serving as VP of Business Development. While with Telx, Andrew helped facilitate the significant growth of the company that led to an acquisition by GI partners.   Andrew has also held senior Executive and VP roles at New York metro fiber companies.

As Chief Operating Officer and Chief Strategy Officer for Perseus Telecom, Andrew has spearheaded the Perseus Telecom concept from the ground up to the now award winning network provider that connects over 60 financial markets around the world. Andrew is based in New York, and oversees all operations of Perseus globally including our European and South American offices.

Marcos has over 20 year experience in Financial Market technology and has led Latin America business development initiatives at sound companies such as Marco Polo Network, Santander Bank, Cisco Systems and Thomson Reuters with the focus on IT innovation for the Capital Market industry. In 2010, Marcos founded EtradeLab Tecnologia, a platform to lower financial, legal, technical and culture barriers for international players when expandin business to the Latam region. After the acquisition of Etradelab by Perseus Telecom, he took the position of President of Perseus do Brasil operation. He holds a Masters of Quantitative Business Analysis from Louisiana State University, US and a BS in Computer Science from PUC Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

Wendell Kadunce is a telecom industry veteran with 20 years experience working for some of the largest global telecom firms in the world. As EVP Global Sales for Perseus, Wendell Kadunce has responsibility for Sales, Business Development and Strategic Alliances on a global basis. Prior to joining the Perseus Executive Team, Wendell served as VP of Carrier Sales for Reliance Globalcom for 6 years and built the U.S. sales and support teams from the ground up. During his tenure at Reliance, Wendell was responsible for exponential revenue growth and set up strategic partnerships with global companies such as Verizon and Level3 to augment their global MPLS and Ethernet service offerings.  Prior to Reliance Globalcom, Wendell held strategic positions at Teleglobe, Cable & Wireless America and UUNET Technologies.  He graduated with a BA, Economics, from the College of William and Mary and went on to complete his MA, Political Science, at the University of Umeå, in Sweden.

Lorenz Voss has over 10 years in the telecommunications industry, specializing in the procurement of enterprise and global financial markets exchange connectivity. In his previous role he designed network backbone infrastructure in North America, South America, Europe and Asia, which included connectivity with the BM&F BOVESPA, London Metal Exchange and 35 other global exchanges. Lorenz graduated with honors with a BA in marketing from London South Bank University.

Rachel Zublatt was appointed general counsel of Perseus Telecom in February 2011. Ms. Zublatt oversees and manages all of the company’s legal matters. Prior to joining Perseus Telecom, Ms. Zublatt spent 6 years at leading and international law firms, including positions as an associate at Stroock & Stroock & Lavan LLP and at White & Case LLP, where her main focus was on representing major commercial banks, financial institutions and corporations in connection with a broad range of their corporate, commercial and financing activities. Ms. Zublatt holds a J.D.  from New York University School of Law and a B.A. from Vassar College. She is admitted to the New York State Bar.

Alex Viall is a successful entrepreneur whose expertise revolves around software and publishing services for the financial services and professional markets. He previously worked for the UK Financial Services Authority and Baring Securities before co-founding a media internet business and then a global compliance data and software company, both were sold profitably to publicly traded companies. Alex now has non-executive advisory roles at a number of diverse companies and is very well connected to the financial services sector and private advisory space where he is also an active investor.
